Tiered subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated because they are not general memberships; they represent reserved medical capacity. Enrollment secures a defined level of physician access, clinical capacity, and services for a specific service period.

To ensure alignment before any commitment, Quantum Functional Health provides a free initial consulation. This complimentary session allows you to discuss your health goals, understand the tiers and services, ask detailed questions about care structure and expectations, and decide whether enrollment is appropriate. There is no obligation to enroll after this consulatation. 

At the conclusion of the service period you may choose to renew your tier, you may transition to a different service option if available, no automatic continuation occurs without confirmation.
